Dear readers,

Being a trainer for the last few years, had produce so many questions raise expecially post the training, have I somewhat had written any book at all to share my knowledge on management systems.  At those moment, it seems blank, what a book? How do I ever start to write? Unless someone ask me something, then I can answer, when it came to write it down, it seems that I was determined to be paralyzed and intimidated by those book writers with their enriched words (have not mention on blogger though).

Until one time, one shot on a popular blog showed by my dearest friend, then this somewhat words just flowing thru my head to my fingers.

So, made to orders and requests, I sincerely hope this blog will show you, readers, the easiest way to get to know what they so called ISO and their related.
